1. Booking Your Dream Escape 🧳
Once you say “Yes, please!” and we start weaving your custom itinerary, a deposit will sprinkle your spot into the system. Remember, every dazzling journey requires a confirmed booking and timely payments to lock in those special rates and experiences. Final balances are due by the date we’ll share, so keep an eye on your fairy mail! ✨
Heads-up: Prices can shimmer and shift with currency twinkles or supplier surprises. We promise to keep you in the loop every step of the way.
2. Changing Your Wishes & Cancellations 🔄
Life happens, and so do changes! If your plans need a little remix, just wave your wand (or call/email me) ASAP. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but note some changes may need extra magic fees or might not be possible if suppliers say “no-go.”
Cancelations? We don’t make them lightly. Refunds depend on the policies set by airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We highly encourage securing travel insurance to shield your investment against those unexpected plot twists.
3. Your Magical Travel Documents ✈️
You’re the hero of your journey! Make sure your passport, visas, vaccinations, and any special permits are all set well before takeoff. I’ll guide you with tips and reminders, but ultimately, it’s your responsibility to have these enchanted papers ready. Denied entry due to missing documents? Party pooper, but we can’t be responsible, sadly.

We can’t be held responsible for delays, injuries, losses, or other bummers caused by third-party suppliers or events beyond our control.
